Facilitation skills in problem-based learning

The target audience is teachers who are keen to have an introduction to problem-based learning and the classroom facilitation skills needed to be successful in effecting engagement. Participants will practice facilitating using a PDT (Problem Definition Template) and complete a TPI (Teaching Perspective Inventory) that will give them some insight into their own facilitation style. The workshop will draw upon a rich body of research on facilitation. The workshop will be in English and will be multi-disciplinary in nature. This workshop will be multi-disciplinary in nature.

Audience: High school and tertiary level teachers
