1. Essential information is provided by the school by filling the School Application Form. The information is then fed into our database and run against the CVs there until a match is found.
2. After signing a Terms and Conditions document, the school will start receiving anonymous CVs.
3. Once the choices are narrowed down, we will then keep forwarding contact details of teachers that fit the criteria until the school finds what it is looking for.
4. To save you time, we will make sure the teacher has an interest in the school and the package offered before going to the interview.
