Participation

The conference shall be open to all participants properly registered.

Participation in talks and sessions is on a first come, first serve basis.

 

Registration

All registrations that are not paid by October 31, 2010 will automatically be cancelled.

The online registration option stops on November 5, 2010.

There will be a AED 200 surcharge fee for registrations taking place after November 1st, 2010

 

Registration of names

Name tags should be with participants at all times.

When entering to attend a session, participants must hand their name tags to the ushers and collect them back at the end of each session.

Participants are required to signal any error in the name tag to a conference official.

Any alterations not signaled during the conference can still be made at a later stage for an extra cost.

 

During all sessions

Doors will be closed 10 minutes after the start of a session and no entry will be allowed after that.

In case of a need to leave a session before its end, participants must sign out.

Mobile phones need to be turned off during all sessions.

Coffee breaks and lunch are offered according to registration options.

 

General

Certificates will be issued based on registration options: Full Day, Half Day, School.

Participants will receive their certificates by email a month after the conference.

Hard copy certificates can be collected from the organizer’s office for an extra cost.

Rearden reserves the right to cancel or change the timing of any workshop but will inform all participants of such a cancellation or change.

Rearden Educational is committed to making this conference accessible to all educators. If you have a disability and require a special arrangement to participate in this event, please contact us directly. Arrangements must be done prior to the conference date.

All participants who register for the two full days of the conference will receive a lunch coupon that will allow them to enter the lunch area. A hotel staff member will be collecting them. Lost coupons can not be replaced by new ones.

After the conference, participants will receive an evaluation form by email. The organizers appreciate the feedback.

Payment must be made in full prior to the conference dates.

Participation fee is non-refundable.
